DS

A DS is a dual-screen handheld game console developed and released by Nintendo. There are a couple of games in the Animal Crossing series that can be played on the DS, i.e. Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: New Leaf.

The DS has been updated since the beginning of the brand of game consoles, meaning that newer versions of the handheld console has been released. Some to name are the Nintendo DS Lite and Nintendo DS XL.
